In the GFWK program we don't just lift weights - we follow an athletic regime and cover all the aspects of fitness.

We do a mix of -

The Program is great for people new to the gym who don't know where to start, or people who want to see an improvement in their performance.

The program is open to all age groups - we scale the workout to your fitness level, and go slow, prioritising form and no injuries.

GFWK classes are led by our head coach Kishlay Sajwan.

Classes run from Monday to Friday, with 5 batches in a day.

Our batch size is limited to 10 people, and sessions are approximately 1 hour. We also provide you with nutrition guidance.

The Level Up Gym Membership is included in the program.
